I'm curious to know if anyone else has noticed a problem with web pages created by Legacy including information on living people?
Specifically, when creating family group pages with the option to remove information on living people applied, the 'name index' page still includes the names of some (not all) living people. However, the individual family group pages do NOT have this information and the names are replaced by 'living'. This problem was introduced somewhere in version 5.0 as I never encountered it before that. I reported this problem to Legacy support back in May but the problem continues with the most current release. I even provided my family file and their rep confirmed the problem. I have to assume they don't feel this is a significant problem since it has been left untouched since May - an opinion which might not be shared by any living person having their name published on the Internet! Is there anyone else here who uses Legacy family group web pages who has noticed this? If you do use family group web pages created by Legacy then I would encourage you to verify that you are not publishing the names of living people.
