But think how you want it to look on reports (if indeed you want it on 
reports), especially if you plan to enter this information for a lot of 
Individuals.  I have been working on formatting Medical Notes to track 
occurrences of medical conditions (e.g., poor eyesight) but it doesn't look 
good... yet!  ;)

You are right. And I missed it. Hmm, looking at it, this is going to 
require
a little ingenuity. I guess the best way to do it would be to merely type
in:

Height: 5;10
Weight: 180lbs
Eyes: Dark
Hair: Dark
Etc.
