This is the one place I disagree with the standard plan. My Censuses are coded as follows. CenU1850 = Cen+U[nited states]+1850 CenC1841 = Cen+C[anada]+1841 I would then create a To Do for each person not found yet. This gives a clear view of what exists already. Rich in LA CA
