Brenda, you're brilliant. Thank you so much for solving my problem. I had no
idea there was a Cause of Death field in the Medical notes - just don't use
that area much and had never noticed it. I'm so sorry for the confusion and
thank you so much to everyone who tried to help. Your ideas were much
appreciated. Just put it down to old age.

When you choose "cause of
death" in the search screen, the program only looks to the "cause of
death field", which is part of the Medical Notes tab on an individual.
If your causes of death are not there, then, of course, you will have
all of your individuals listed in a No cause of death report.
