Yes, but that means you have to keep changing the SURNAME field in the record for Mary Louise, and you also have to keep adding to the GIVEN NAME. (For instance if you add a young girl to your database and she subsequently marries one or more times - or if you don't know about a name change due to, for example, a previously unknown marriage, at the time you first enter this woman.) Following genealogical convention means you don't change the name fields of the record for Mary Louise - you just add any subsequent marriages / name changes. However, you can opt to use the AKA field if you want married / alternative names to be listed.
