Kathie, I don't think I can be of very much help here. It's been so long ago that I don't remember just how I loaded the database. But certainly I did it just by following whatever the instructions said to do.
I'm almost certain that you did the same, since the European database did work for you. If you did the others the same way, I'm at a loss to suggest what might have happened.
