Kathie,

I don't think I can be of very much help here.  It's been so long ago
that I don't remember just how I loaded the database.  But certainly
I did it just by following whatever the instructions said to do.

I'm almost certain that you did the same, since the European database
did work for you.  If you did the others the same way, I'm at a loss
to suggest what might have happened.  Since they are not there, it might
not hurt to just try adding them again

Hmmm .. when I go to the Geo location database, the only listings are
the USA and European countries. 

Is there a step I missed in trying to incorporate the other databases?
(BTW, add rebooting the entire system to the steps copied below.)
