I'm glad she suggested that.  I don't know why sometimes resetting doesn't
clear things.  If that didn't work, deleting would have been my next
suggestion!  (Maybe I should just put the two together?  "Reset and if that
doesn't work delete")

Some users get really nervous when I ask them to delete something!
