Sent off request before complete information listed, my apologies. Hoping that someone can give me specific steps to be able to sort my Address Label base by States rather than print out the entire list. I want about 10 specific states. Please list step by step. I have the latest update.
These are the steps I have followed: 1) Reports 2) Address List Labels 3) Address Type - All 4) Sort Order - have tried them all, but unable to sort by state - this is where I need help! 4) Checked - Include only tagged addresses (these are what I want) and Include private addresses Under "What to Print" have checked Name Address 1 Address 2 City, St, Postal But, still I am unable to print specific states. This is what I would like to do - print by STATE. Help appreciated! C.N.
