John, Geoff in his instructional CD advises to use the Event - Census; Description - leave blank; Date - date enumerated [my note if I don't know the enumeration date I use the census year] Place - where they were enumerated. He also advises using the clip board: Go to the individual's screen, click on blue trianle on left to select the source, click set. This opens the Master Source List. Highlight the source you want & click to select if already on the list OR add a source now by clicking on add button. Hope this helps, Ann in New Mexico USA
