At the risk of being hissed and booed: Is there
possibly some place this file could be uploaded so
that those who are interested in receiving a copy
could go and download a copy.  I think it was very
generous of Robert to offer this to anyone who wants a
copy, but I think we really need to slow the tide of
"Me Too's".
