Hi Rose and all, This must have been an idea we were going to implement, then didn't, because I cannot find the option to automatically add the next consecutive number to the User ID field.
However, you can automatically copy all of the RINs into the User ID field by following these steps: Click on Options. Click on Customize. Click on the Other tab. Click on "Fill all ID fields," then click Apply. Use caution when doing this if you are already using the User ID fields for something else. You can also display the User ID numbers instead of the RINs by clicking on the View tab, and selecting User ID in the "Numbers to Add to Names" section.
