Cindy,

The customer number for 4.0 does not work to unlock 5.0. When you purchased the upgrade to 5.0, you should have received an email with the 5.0 unlock code. If you do not have that email, you will need to contact Millennia directly to get the proper code.

I finally updated my Legacy 4.0 to 5.0. When I received my 4.0 CD, it
stated that to unlock the deluxe edition to go to the help menu, select
"unlock Legacy Deluxe" and enter your name and customer #, then click on
"unlock" , which I did. I am still unable to use the Deluxe features. I
used the customer # from my version 4.0 CD, as there was no customer # on
my 5.0 CD. I did include the dashes on the customer #. Could some one
please help me? Thanks!
