What I do is to add a word in brackets to the Given Name. Then it is obvious on screen and in reports that I'm not sure of this link. In fact I would normally not share this link until I was sure and begin reports at the next generation.

This seems like a good idea; I think I will probably do this. I'm glad to hear other people feel a need to indicate this information directly. Do you think the colour coding of the links that I suggested would be a useful enhancement?

You could perhaps use the Descendant or Ancestor Interest for this purpose. They only show on the Individual Screen though so may not be visible enough for you. They have the advantage that you can search for them which you may find useful for research purposes.

I found the help reference, but I don't see the fields on screen. I'm probably missing something obvious. In family view I click on the individual which brings up the "Individual's Information" screen. I see the "Living" radio buttons, and the nine tags, and the "Private" checkbox; but I don't see anything for "interest". Am I looking at the wrong screen?

Thanks for the help.
