Steve, Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, the Courier font greatly distracts from the flow of the other text. In addition, I use several events so I can include additional pictures. Selecting Courier for Notes does not carry through for Event Notes. This really disrupts the flow of the story.
I finally adjusted everything manually so it all works with Arial 10. I spoke to someone in tech support on the phone a couple months ago asking if there was a way of using the Tab character rather than cutting a Tab from a word processor program and pasting it into the appropriate places in the Legacy notes. He said Version six would address text formatting much better than Version five does. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
