Rob, Since I just started putting photos in locations (also), I have some
questions so we can all feel safe (eventually). Aret the maps (photos) in the
same directory in the Windows Tree, with the people photos.
I am pretty sure they are, but ask in case. If not, legacy may have missed that
directory. You might have to send
to corporate, (wait for them). What is a " non-default picture >folder" .
I understand the words, do you mean a folder set up outside of 'My Pictures'
and 'Legacy/pictures/' That is where I keep all mine, in the E drive.
But all mine are in a few subdirectories, all photos (docks, maps, too).
This worries me. I hope it comes out better than it looks.
Good luck, we have fingers crossed.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Picture Link from Location Not Exporting

It's some time since I exported my entire file to a new legacy database (11
Sep 2002 - see below). I don't recall losing picture links but suspect that
at that time I didn't have any attached to locations or sources. Not much
help :-(

The thing I lost and missed were the creation date and modified date. I can
no longer tell how long I've had someone in my database - only if they were
there before I did this export, following instructions, to fix a program
error on 11 Sep 2002.
Not real data but it was useful.

Cheers,
Cathy
