Well, I am baffled by "It is adding data by clicking on the 'hot spot'."". Honestly, I don't know what the hot spot is :-( I also notice that if I enter a NEW Location, I have to leave the field to verify it, then of course the cursor is in the wrong field to attach the Source. Mary
