Paula, Legacy scrapbooks seem to show _all_ pictures even if some are selected. Some images could be duplicated in other scrapbooks and some could be the wrong file size to print with one layout settings. My preference is to plan a Legacy file with just one small picture per individual for a one-report Legacy book, and all other pictures organized separately in a non-Legacy application.
Next best would be a separate scrapbook for images that need to one per page size like maps or sources, and yet another scrapbook for images of each size that would be printed two or four per page.
