Dennis, This list is not moderated in the sense that messages pass through one of us before being posted to the list. However, we *do* monitor the list and those who post inappropriately will be warned and/or dropped. Kristian's message was totally inappropriate for this list and yes, he did make unfounded accusations - he was quite wrong in his statements, but that is not something to go into on this list.
The Legacy User Group Etiquette Guidelines clearly state: 4. Please wait before sending a flame (a personal attack). Cool off before responding. If still angry in two hours, send a reply directly to the sender, not to the group. NOTE: Flamers will be removed from the Users Group without warning. Persons sending obscene messages; profanity or other inappropriate language; hate mail; threats; forwarding chain mail or sending Spam will also be removed from the Users Group without warning and may also find themselves reported to their Internet Service Provider. 5. Please keep to the topic of Legacy and its add-on programs. Please don't send jokes, advertisements, political messages, religious opinion, etc. Kristian's post could fit in the "hate mail" category and *definitely* fit in the political messages category. If he or anyone else wrote the same sort of thing about any other country or political leader, he or they would have gotten the same warning. Many users complained to Support about this thread and after I posted my message about the thread, many users wrote to thank me for that. This list is for discussing *Legacy* and the add-on programs and is busy enough that we don't need to have off-topic posts flying around. So enough about this topic already - let's get on with Legacy, the reason for being here!!!! Thanks for using Legacy. Sherry - You can't do that! You just admonished others to not make further response to Kristian's message and you go on to state that they are not appropriate for the LUG list. So far so good. Then *you* make a judgement about the validity of his messages. If this is really a user forum, you have no more right to comment on the validity of his messages than do the rest of us.
