I don't understand what you mean when you say I probably have the install from web option... is there some place I need to change an option? It used to work; then it stopped working. Of course I'm connected to the internet, but installing from the web doesn't work because I don't get the password e-mailed to me. I have no spam blocker.

Barbara,

You probably have the "install from the web" option. You need to make sure
that you're connected to the internet and that you don't have a firewall
blocking access to our website by the installation applet.

Make sure that you don't have a spam blocker that's trapped the email with
the password.

Thanks for using Legacy.

I have Legacy on my laptop and desktop; I can get the current build on my
desktop, but for some reason have been unable to get a current build on my
laptop; the most current version I have there is Jan. 2004. I connect, get
the Legacy 5.0 Update Setup box, but when I click "next" this message pops
up: "could not communicte with the network server. error 23.: So I went on
line, thinking to download it from there. It asks for an e-mail address to
which a password can be sent, but no password is sent to me. Please
advise.
