Can someone help Barbara Lorensen in the 2nd original message (below my reply to her) by emailing her how to make a CD with a Legacy file to be shared with others ?

You can search the LUG archives at http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ Also, make sure you put it on a CD-R and not a CD-RW. A CD-R disk is much more reliable than a CD-RW. The CD-RW may not always be readable on a drive other than the one it was created on. Also for them to see the pictures in your Legacy File you have to copy the pictures on the CD and even then they may not see them from within the file unless the pictures are in the same folder that your file refers to. Pictures used in Legacy are not part of the file. The Legacy file merely cotains a shortcut to the location of the picture.
