First time only was checked, but I think I have found the cause. I discovered two copies of one particular source, identical but for a colon, so naturally they would both print. Thanks for your response.

Hi Ron, Re (2)
Edit the Master Source and check that on the Master Source Text tab you have checked Print on Reports *first time only*. This should fix the problem. If not, get back to us.

Afterthought:
If you also have used Source Detail - then the source detail must be identical for the source to print once - though the Master Source Text should still only print once.

Sherry,
(1) When 'Include page numbers' is selected together with 'Include page total after page numbers, I get i.e. 1(1 of 4). This seems peculiar, is there a way of printing just the total (1 of 4) like other programs?
(2) If I site a master source for two events, say a death certificate with relevant text for death & burial events, the source prints on reports twice in full. I tried excluding the burial source but both are then excluded! Is there a remedy for this?
