What you need to back up depends on where you keep your data and photos. It sounds like you might use the defaults - so yes you can backup your data folder - or you can cut the Legacy backup file you've made to CD. If you haven't attached photos - that's it. If you have you need a multimedia backup as well as the main Legacy data file only records where to find the photos on your computer. The actual photos etc are not added to the file so must be backed up separately.
