Hi John,

Re the Calendar reports - check out the options.
You can use a tagged list. You can skip divorced couples (for anniversaries). Various ways to exclude.

For other reports, you may want to try making your former wife and her family "Private". However, this won't make them invisible.

Cheers,
Cathy

I have been using version 5.0 for some time am have tried to find out how I can exclude my former wife and her family from reports (e.g. birthdays and anniversaries) whilst not deleting her from the database. Now, with a new wife and her family, I wish to retain my ex-wife's family's details for the benefit of my children, but do not wish to have this data merged in reports etc.

Advice please.

Thanks

John
