[LegacyUG] Bypass LIVING tests on output selections

I am looking for two options that can be set (and remain set) for each 
individual. This would be to exclude the individual from 'replace name with 
living' and exclude the individual from 'withhold details for living'.
I create web pages with the excellent pedigree option, with 'set name to 
living' and 'withhold details for living' both checked.
There are 1400 individuals, of whom 650 are set to living. Of these 650, 50 
have requested I include their names, and another 20 have requested I 
include their details. I expect these figures to rise.
I cannot find a way of doing this. I need these 50 and 20 individuals to 
bypass these two tests when creating web pages, while still keeping the 
privacy for the remaining 580 living.

Can I do this with Tags ?
