Steven,

If you "moved" the original installation to the N drive, that's where the
problem lies. You need to uninstall Legacy, go to the c:\ drive and
completely delete the installation on that drive. Then the reinstall should
go to the N drive.

If you have the Deluxe Edition, it should go to the correct folder if you
update through Internet > Check for Legacy Update.

If you want to be *sure* that the installation goes to the N drive when you
download the file, rename it from Legacy5Setup.exe to LegacyNew.exe (Case
sensitive) and when you install, the second screen should give you the
option to direct the installation where ever you'd like it to go, just as if
you've never installed Legacy before.

Thanks for using Legacy.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Update installed in wrong place. Can I move it?

Hello:

My day for questions.

When I did the upgrade to the new build, it installed on the C: drive
instead of updating the files on the N: drive where I actually have Legacy.
Can I just move the new files and folders to the location where I want it
without damaging the data and other files I have?

Is there a way to specify the install location?

Thanks,

Steven C. Perkins
