Hi all, It appears that many users have been getting the error message "'Font has not been set'" when trying to view files created in the latest Legacy build, using an earlier version of Acrobat Reader.
We could sure use your help in trying to figure out what's going on with Acrobat Reader and Legacy pdf files! We installed updated ocx files that work for Acrobat Reader v7 but apparently have "broken" things for earlier versions now! Would those of you who are having problems email me directly to [EMAIL PROTECTED] the following: Which version of Windows you're using Which version of Acrobat Reader you're using. Also, with Windows Explorer please go to the c:\Windows\System or c:\Windows\System32 folder, locate two files - vsprint7.ocx and vspdf.ocx. Right click on each one of those, select "Properties" and let me know which version you have.
