Hi Rodney,
Got you. I wasn't aware of that possibility so many thanks. The solution to my problem was easy but I simply hadn't thought of it until your e-mail concentrated my mind. In fact I just put the content template into a table linked to an external css file.
I have, in fact, linked the Legacy source code to an external css, at least as far as background and font colours are concerned but this did involve changing all the colour tags to css classes. I just hope that Legacy do not change the layout (or if they do at least make the current one available as well).
It would seem that the table containing the Legacy code either leaves some spare tags hanging around or uses some of Webstyle's. In any event 4 alterations to the Legacy code overcame this problem and I can now change all the colors to whatever I want via an external css.
Thanks once again,
Ron

Hi Rodney,
Many thanks for the suggestion but in the interests of my education, not to mention my pocket, I use Webstyle4 to make headers and footers from which I make a copy template I then write a content template which I use for the individual files. This has to be copied/pasted into individual files.
Good fun but labour intensive :)
I am really just looking for something which will allow me to copy the content template into all the files in one go, so that I can then just alter the detail in each file. Webstyle4 allows this with the headers and footers. Unfortunately I don't know how to write that bit.
Thanks again,
Ron
