Hi Mary, I have no idea where she is in the process. To avoid all this I had told her I would send the file on a CD with a self-extracting version of Legacy Standard with the data already loaded, but she either didn't understand or couldn't wait. In any case, Kraig had a good suggestion, to send her the backup file with the simple instructions to restore from backup. Seemed like an excellent way to go so I did that immediately. Haven't heard back. My hope is it worked and she is captivated with all she found there. I'm not sure I understand. Do you know if she's actually _installed_ Legacy after she downloaded the program file from the website? Or is she asking how to open your Legacy data file?
