Actually, this feature isn't quite ready for prime-time!  You'll find that
it's still buggy so don't expect too much from it.

Legacy 5.0.0.203 (04 Feb 2005 version) has this feature now built in.  Click
on Search / Search the IGI website... And you will be able to do the IGI
searching right from within Legacy.  If you don't have this version, click
on Internet / Check for Legacy Update... And download the newest version.

You should also have the Geo database installed.  If not, you can go to
Options / Customize and on the "Other" tab, select "Database Maintenance..."
This should get you up and running with the IGI searching capabilities.
