Myrna,

Even though I click on "new rule", the template still states New Mail Rule
#1 - so I change it manually to #2. I end up with

New Rule #1 - where the to line contains "Legacy User Group," move it to the Legacy List Folder

New Rule #2 - where the to line contains "Fermanagh," move it to the Fermanagh List Folder.

Problem: Once I set up two rules; i.e., #1 and #2, neither of them work - all goes into the Inbox rather than stated folders. If I only have one rule, the messages go to the proper folder.

I must be overlooking something else. Let me try some more approaches.

Thanks,
Kay

SeparateFolders inOutlook Express

The Ulster list would be "Mail Rule #1" and you would set up a
"new" Rule (#2). After filling out the blocks be sure to check at
the bottom of the screen and it should say "New Mail Rule #2".
Then click "OK".
