Glen,

I am a little confused on your post. You mention you tag the individuals.
How do you do this when you are looking at the IGI search screen? Do you
manually open ever individual and make this tag? And after you tag them,
why do you "clear" them? Or are you saying you do the tags THEN do an IGI
search?

Jonathan

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] IGI Search feature
After completing the search and importing dates, I mark the people who are
completely done with a #3 tag, the living individuals with #4 tag, and those
who I couldn't find all of the ordinance dates for with a #2 tag. I then
clear each of these tag numbers. I then copy the .IGI file to another
location on my drive, rename it to .MDB and then open it in Access 2003.
