Sherry,
I'm sorry but this is the response every time we get attachments with emails on the list. I too received this email to the list with a PDF file attached. How can an email be addressed "to" the list without having the individual email addresses as well?
This time I just deleted it so don't still have a copy. But it did otherwise appear to be a genuine email

There was one email that came through with a strange g-mail address showing as the subject line and several responses to that email (the person wanted to find out how to subscribe to the list).
I have not received any attachments through the list. All messages that are addressed to the list and have attachments are automatically rejected by our server - not even the message itself comes through.
The only thing I can think of is that someone has an infected computer and their email program picked up the LUG email address in their address book to use as a return address, a practice quite common with email worms.
Thanks for using Legacy.

I am also receiving e-mails with this address. I am also wondering how an e-mail with attachment came through. Carol
