Dave and Bob, et al:
Another way to look at this requested new report in context of the
current Legacy reports would be to consider the existing "Event Report".

-- It currently allows one to select 'who to print'
-- It currently allows one to select 'which events' to print
-- It currently allows one to filter by events within a date range
-- It currently allows one to filter out events without a date or marked
private
-- It currently allows either 'event sentence style' or 'list style' report

---- However ----
-- It does not currently allow selecting "system" events
(birth/death/marr/etc.)
-- It does not allow csv or pdf or rtf output as on option
-- It does not include any sorting options

So, I suggest that the "Event Report", with the above additions, would
provide an alternate or additional way to flexibly select and display events
in a user selectable order and format.

An additional use of this report would be to concisely review event
sentences across multiple individuals and disparate events (or chosen)
events for consistent wording and sentence customization.

Bob,

It looks like what you want is a "Group Chronology" report. In this type of
report, you can select the events to include (birth, marriage, death, etc.)
and the group of individuals from which to collect them. All the events are
then combined and then presented in chronological order so that you can see
how they relate to each other.

Does this sound like what you are looking for?

Thanks,
