With an HTML formatted email message, I just cut and paste the text into the correspondence event. For a webpage(.htm or .html) you can add a html formatted link to the note field if you are uploading your data to a website. "<a href="./test.html">webpage I created</a>" or something like this would work for a link when you are exporting to a website. Just make sure you upload the .html page into the appropriate folder and reference it correctly.
I do this with many items on my website and I also add GPS coordinates as an anchor tagged link.
