I make all correspondance a part of a source screen for each person. I
transcribe each letter and put the equal of a blank page between each letter.
The blank 'page' is actually about six characters long. No real space lost.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Where to record correspondence THANKS

Hello Everyone
Thank you for all your input about this problem
Perhaps Legacy team could include a correspondence screen [along with the
thousands of other screen we demand] it seems a important matter to record
fully all correspondence.
