Burial Pictures are not printing for me in Descendant Book Report or Descendant Narrative Book Report. I don't have a lot of other standard event pictures attached.
But I see they do in Family Group Report. I very rarely use this report with pictures as I only use it to send to family members for additions or corrections.
Did you only check the Family Group Report or have I missed checking some options box?

I've just this minute tested this statement, to be certain I'm right: and each of the other 4 "builtin" ('standard') - separately or collectively - Life events *do* display their respective "preferred" picture.
