Hi,
I think what you are wanting is available - or at least closer.

In the Report Options on the Include Tab - untick - birth and death dates on names.

Then you just get a line about the marriage rather than going on to say Spouse was born etc.

Cheers,
Cathy

Hi,

I am struggling with a problem on how to prevent that the information from a
spouse is completely repeated by the other spouse in an ahnentafel. This is
how it looks line in Legacy:
====================================
2. Robert Vader, son of Antonius Christianus Vader and Helena Elisabeth
Lagaaij, was born on 18 Sep 1953 in Vlissingen (ZE) and was christened on 29
Nov 1953 in Vlissingen (ZE).

Robert married Margriet Van Opstal on 18 Apr 1975 in Eindhoven (NB).
Margriet was born on 6 Jan 1952 in Apeldoorn (GE) and was christened on 10
Feb 1952 in Apeldoorn (GE).

3. Margriet Van Opstal, daughter of Johannes Adrianus Van Opstal and Gerrie
Pinkster, was born on 6 Jan 1952 in Apeldoorn (GE) and was christened on 10
Feb 1952 in Apeldoorn (GE).

Margriet married Robert Vader on 18 Apr 1975 in Eindhoven (NB). Robert was
born on 18 Sep 1953 in Vlissingen (ZE) and was christened on 29 Nov 1953 in
Vlissingen (ZE).
=========================================
As you see it mentions my wife under my information and it also mentions my
information under my wife. So all information is presented twice!!! I find
this not very appealing. I have found an option to not include marriage
information when generating the report, but then there is totally no
information on the marriage.

If you do the same (export to GEDCOM and import at PAF) in the PAF
environment, you get something like:
=========================================
2. Robert Vader was born on 18 Sep 1953 in Vlissingen (ZE). He was
christened on 29 Nov 1953 in Vlissingen (ZE). He married Margriet van Opstal
on 18 Apr 1975 in Eindhoven (NB).
3. Margriet Van Opstal was born on 6 Jan 1952 in Apeldoorn (GE). She
was christened on 10 Feb 1952 in Apeldoorn (GE).
============================================

I think this is much more effective. Is this also possible using specific
setting in Legacy? I am using the standard version.

Thanks for any feedback.
