Thanks Cathy, I had not even looked at the help file and would not have known what to ask for. I know most of the codes (all for the US, most for Mexico) but had always just thought they were postal codes and did not know there was another name for them. Thank goodness! And here I thought my internal hard drive (senior brain) had lost a byte and all the time it was because I did not know in the first place. SEE - you are never too old to learn something new! Myrna
