[LegacyUG] ToDo list report problem

I have attempted to print a ToDo list, however, I am unable to include the 
RIN although I have it checked.  All the other optional inclusions appear 
to work eg vertical lines, shaded boxes, notes etc. Can anyone tell me what 
I might be doing incorrectly?
