You are both using it as a tool to produce specific reports whereas I use the powerful search facility in BK so therefore need to keep it fully updated. I find that with Legacy I have to know where a word or sentence is stored before I can look for it.
For instance I just checked BK for the words "Hanging Ditch" [a place in Manchester] but I did not know which field it was in but instantly found it with BK.
With Legacy I may have to carry out several searches to find those words
