I agree as well even though I have requested fixes myself in the past. I can't compare Legacy with other programs myself, but was told by my son (he works in the computer industry designing hardware and has written programs as well) who tried them all, said that Legacy was the best, especially for a beginner like myself as it is "very user friendly", the others were not. I found Legacy so easy to use and SUPPORT has been fantastic. When I had aprox 6,000 people in my tree, I opened it to find it completely scrambled. Yes I did have a backup, but it was short a thousand people (I now back up more often). I couldn't fix the file at all, was ready to give up. My husband suggested I contact support as they may have an idea what had happened. I did contact them, we never did figure out what happened, it WAS NOT a bug in the program, but I couldn't think of anything out of the ordinary that I had done. Sherry asked me to send her my file, which I did. I had it back 2 DAYS later FIXED! Sherry said to check it as there may be some things that weren't in the proper place, I checked and nothing was out of place. I can't think of any other company in anywhere that gives that kind of service. I had expected to hear something like " Well we don't know what you did, so you will just have to use your backup". How many times do we hear that one!

It would be nice if the world was a perfect place, but it isn't, so let's count our blessings with Legacy, where we can at least ask for improvements even if they do take a while. Not many companies in the world let you even do that.

I for one get sick and tired of all this belly aching. If you dislike Legacy so much, I suggest you get another program.

Hellooooo??? The whole point was that if they tested their code before
releasing it, THERE WOULD BE NO NEED FOR FIXES.
