This reply just showed up on my computer - not sure why when I see the time you actually sent it! Anyway I was trying to save the name list and have tried to do this by loading it and naming it. I tried to save it. I tried the print preview and got the list but that screen doesn't offer anything but to print to the printer - it doesn't give the option of printing to a csv file. When I go and look at the files that I saved all that shows up in Excel are the width sizes of the columns. So if you have any suggestions I would really appreciate it as I don't want to print off 157 pages of info right now!! - I have 1705 names in my list so I'm sure it isn't the size of my file. How long have you been researching that you have 85000 people? That is amazing!!!
