Sorry about this.  I do the new builds and another person maintains our website. 
I forgot to send a reminder that I did a new build and the new files were 
overwritten by mistake earlier today.   I re-uploaded the pages to reflect the 
March 26th build.

I noticed the Legacy web site under the Download area, that the latest
version of Legacy dated 26 March 05 has been removed.
This version was stated as the release of IGI.
What's happening??
I have updated, but are there problems with the new version???
