I have been vehemently against the anual but Ken McGinnis has offered reasonable arguments against my position.1. It would be too big to print everything in it. 2. There is a new version of the manual since I formed my opinion. 3. There are too many and too frequent updates to be continually reprinting the manual. Help carries the burden.

There are other users who feel the manual has helped them, so I will go along with that.
