Perhaps it is time for the Fords to do a File Maintenance, if it hasn't been done already? I'm not sure if it will necessarily fix the issue, but I haven't seen it proposed as an idea yet. I hope this helps. (Click on "File", "File Maintenance" then "Check/Repair." Create a backup first.)
