One way to overcome this problem was suggested by someone on this list
(sorry I can't remember who.) Change the sentence wording on the report
(under 'Wording' tab) to just Children or Child.

Glad I could help - but you might need to continue checking, because if 
there are any children of this relationship you could find the report
says 
"Children of this marriage were:.........."  To overcome this, the
actual 
Marraiage Status has to be set to "Unmarried".  You can still use the
word 
Partner / Partnership etc. for the wording, but the status must be 
"Unmarried".  Pity, as Legacy lets you create any status label you want
to 
describe relationships - even offers a few of its own - but only honours

"Unmarried" in the "Children of this ...." sentence.  It has been
mentioned 
several times, but no fix as yet.
