Hi Cathy,

Thank you so much - that was the problem.  I didn't realise that some of the
events had been marked as private (not sure why they are marked that way,
but that's a different story!).  Once I had unmarked them, they all appeared
in the report.  I don't tend to use the private function which is why
perhaps it didn't occur to me that it might be the problem.

Are some of your events Private?
Have you checked to include Private Events on the Filter Tab?
