Hi Cathy, Thank you so much - that was the problem. I didn't realise that some of the events had been marked as private (not sure why they are marked that way, but that's a different story!). Once I had unmarked them, they all appeared in the report. I don't tend to use the private function which is why perhaps it didn't occur to me that it might be the problem.
