Jean, We're currently working on 13 different translations. If you go to our website at http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/InternationalLegacyVersions.asp, you'll see what we're working on. Some of the languages are in a test phase of the translation. You can get full information there on our website for the language(s) you're interested in. Be sure to read *all* information thoroughly, including the official translation and testing websites.
French is on the list of languages currently being tested. If you choose to use the testing version, you will be subscribed to a test list and we would ask that you report any discrepancies to the list. And until the version is finally released (we don't have release dates on any of them yet), you will need to continue to use only the downloads as announced on the language test list - *not* download the general release version. I know that some (only some) reports work in French, but wondered if the program itself would one day be French. I just downloaded the March26th edition and still see only English. The reason I ask is that I have a friend that only speaks French and I would love him to use the program.
