Partition Magic is a very good and user friendly program. Even I can use it successfully. If you move programs from one drive to another then it is best to uninstall and then reinstall so that the registry will be correct but it sounds like you will not need to do this. I have one 120G hard drive that is partitioned into 4 drives. This way I have programs on C, data on D, photos on E and music on F. I have an 80 G hard drive that I use for backup and it is G. Then of course there is the DVDRW and the CDRW drives and the floppy drive and the old standby - my Iomega zip drive.The only difference to the above is that all of my Legacy program and data are on the data drive so they are always backed up and I have everything together.
