Mary, I add the county in the city field, like "Asheville, Buncombe Co.". It works well and looks good on reports.
Since the county name is already in the place name the address references, you could make an argument that county probably isn't needed in the address detail but I use it to differentiate the address names that are the same as is typical with cemeteries. Someday when the search capability is completed for addresses, adding the county name will be a great search characteristic. Jim On 4/17/05, M.
